Return & Refund Policy – Accent Haus

At Accent Haus, every order is made to order just for you. Because our wallpaper is printed on demand, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

That said, if your order arrives and doesn’t match what was promised, we’ll make it right.

We may offer a replacement or refund if:

• Your order arrives damaged or defective
• There is a printing or production error
• You received the wrong item

To request a return or replacement:
Email us at AHSupport@accenthaus.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product

Once we review the issue, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
